What Is Covered?
AmberCare plans offer the best post-warranty coverage in the EV industry. As an AmberCare customer, you can select from one of our three coverage plan levels, depending on your Tesla vehicle’s needs.

What Is Not Covered?
Although we provide the coverage and security you need to continue enjoying your Tesla, there are some things that fall outside of Amber’s scope. AmberCare plans, both Annual and Monthly, do not cover the following parts:
- Routine Maintenance Services and Parts
- Wiper Blades/Inserts, Cabin/HEPA Filters, Tires, Tire Rotation, Wheel Alignment, A/C Desiccant Bag etc.
- Coolant/Brake/Washer Fluid
- Any Hoses, Clamps, or Belts
- Mobile Connector, Wall Connector, Charging Adapters, Damage from Improper Charging
- 12-volt (Low Voltage Battery)
- Key Fobs/Batteries/Key Cards
- Seals & Gaskets
- Wheels, Wheel Covers, Wheel Lugs, Lug Nuts, Tire Valve Stems
- Light Bulbs & Lenses, Exterior Lights with Condensation / Debris Without Functional Faults, Headlight Signature Light Failure, Daytime Running Light Failure
- Deployed Airbags/Pretensioners, Seat Belts, Seats, Carpet, Upholstery
- Interior Trim, Seat Trim

- Shop Supplies
- Environmental Waste & Disposal Fees
- Lost/Missing Parts
- Electronic Diagnostic Equipment Fees
- Freight
- Repairs for Rust, Corrosion, Water Intrusion/Ingestion/Damage/Leaks, Air Leaks, Wind Noise, Squeaks, Rattles, Clicks or Odors
- Options/Equipment Not Installed by Original Vehicle Manufacturer
- Repairs Related to Pre-Existing Vehicle Conditions/Issues
- Repairs to Odometer That Have not Been Addressed Immediately, or Were Caused By Tampering, Alteration, or Disconnection
- Rodent or Other Animal Damage
- Collision or Intentional Damage
- Customer Education Fees
- Vehicle Storage Fees
- Parts Replacement Without Diagnosis
- Remote Diagnostic Fees Without a Covered Part Replacement
